Naked, Nudists, and Naturists
In Episode 153, Frank and Lisa discussed how they spent the holidays, and the conversation turned to overindulging in sweets. They also gave an update on the Blind Creek incident. Guest Karen Lisa Seeber of Great – Full – Heart is a Quantum Energy Artist, Metaphysical Minister, and Holy Fire III Karuna Reiki Master. In the first part of their interview, Karen spoke with Frank about her first foray into naturism, which came when she accepted an invitation to visit a nudist resort. Karen remarked that the experience felt so natural to her that she fell asleep on the grass, comfortable with nature on her skin, and that she believes naturism aligns with her spiritual philosophy.
