Welcome to the Weekly Wrap. It was a busy week on Planet Nude! This week, we shared essays looking at at first-time experiences going naked in public, and exploring fresh privacy questions raised by Meta smart glasses. We also shared some original reporting on the sale of a historic New Jersey nudist club and top-free Femen protests in Paris. We also introduced a whole new comic series to Strips, called Nova Unbound!
Finally, our March member drive continues all month with a fun community raffle including nearly 20 different prizes being offered!
Now then, let’s dive in and catch up. 🚀
This week on Planet Nude 🪐
The March member drive continues with a renewed push to grow the Planet Nude community and sustain independent naturist journalism. The update highlights why reader support matters right now, what membership helps fund behind the scenes, and how a stronger base of supporters keeps honest reporting and storytelling about body freedom alive.
One of the country’s longstanding naturist destinations hits the real estate market, raising immediate questions about what comes next. The story looks at why Goodland is being sold, what the property includes, and what the sale could mean for members, history, and the future of a space that has hosted nude recreation for decades.
A dramatic protest in Paris puts the activist group FEMEN back in the spotlight as members stage a topless demonstration aimed at political and cultural targets. The story explains what sparked the action, how authorities and the public responded, and why the group continues to use nudity as a confrontational tool to force attention on its message.
Wearable tech is creating a new privacy dilemma for naturist spaces as smart glasses capable of discreet recording begin to appear in everyday settings. The story looks at why devices like these raise alarms for nudist venues, how clubs and beaches might respond, and what the spread of always on cameras could mean for trust in clothing optional environments.
Stepping out nude for the first time can feel like crossing an invisible line, and this story focuses on what that moment actually involves. It walks through the nerves, the practical realities, and the mental shift that happens when private comfort turns into public exposure, showing why the first step often matters more than the setting.
A new creative voice enters the Planet Nude ecosystem with the introduction of Nova Unbound, expanding the range of stories and perspectives shared with readers. The announcement explains who is behind the project, what kind of content it will explore, and why adding another independent platform helps strengthen the broader conversation around naturism and body freedom.

Through specific examples and reflections, it explores how body language, comfort levels, and group dynamics shape interactions, highlighting the awareness and respect that help nude spaces feel safe and welcoming for everyone.
