Wisconsin parents fuming after climate protesters strip down naked during public protest, official says—Fox News, June 23, 2024—Despite legislative attempts to ban it, the World Naked Bike Ride returned to Madison, Wisconsin. Approximately 200 participants promoted body positivity and protested greenhouse gas emissions, facing criticism from Republican lawmakers and far-right groups.
Seattle’s Denny Blaine Park to remain a nude beach—Seattle Times, June 13, 2024—Seattle’s Denny Blaine Park will continue as a nude beach after public opposition halted a plan to divide it into nude and clothing-recommended zones. The park remains a vital space for the LGBTQ+ community.
