Do you feel different when you're nude?
In this #UndressedThread, let’s explore identity, embodiment, and how nudity can shift the way we move through the world
There’s something about being nude that changes the terms of any experience. The body unfettered by fabric or fashion can move through space (and through self) differently. Nudity can change how we are present, how we carry ourselves and inhabit space, how we relate to others.
In this week’s #UndressedThread, we’re asking:
Do you feel something shift when you're nude?
Is it physical, emotional, relational? Or something else entirely?
Let’s talk about it. 🪐

Give the DoorDash guy a little warning.

When nude, I feel relaxed, comfortable, and perhaps most important, every bit of stress from daily life goes away.
Counterintuitively, I'm the least aware of my body when I have nothing on. I don't think about what it looks like to me or others. My nude body takes up the space in the world that it's intended to take. It is completely one with the surroundings.
