Admitting you like to go naked in the company of others has a way of rearranging the social map, particularly among friends to whom the news is a surprise. Some friends become closer. Some may drift further away. Often, a friend’s reaction comes as a total surprise. And sometimes we discover new friendships that feel deeper because the usual social armor isn’t there. I’ve felt all of this over the years, and I’m curious how it plays out for others.

I’ve made new friends, and introduced 3 old friends to Glen Eden. I’m 5 years into this journey, and not so much out. But I’m happier and better than I was. Opening up spills over into all of your life and friendships.
I've been involved in organising the World Naked Bike Ride for 20 years now, and a good part of my friend group are people I met in that cause.
