UNCOVERED offers a sacred space to explore nudity online
A new monthly Zoom gathering from Kerry Kott invites participants to connect with truth, embodiment, and the healing potential of the unclothed self
For years, Kerry Kott’s work has unfolded in wild places—pine forests, riversides, and beneath ancient oaks. Her Wild Woman Nude Retreats have offered women an embodied return to nature, where healing begins with disrobing everything that no longer serves. Now, for the first time, Kott is inviting people into that space from their own homes. Her newest offering, UNCOVERED, is a live, monthly Zoom gathering for “men, women, and all bodies to gather in truth,” rooted in the same principles of body-honoring, energetic safety, and deep listening that have long defined her in-person work.
UNCOVERED is not a class. It’s not a coaching session or therapy group. It’s a space—carefully held, firmly boundaried, and gently guided—where nudity becomes a portal, not a spectacle. Participants gather clothed or unclothed (nudity is welcome, never required) to explore a theme through embodied practice, journaling, and conversation. This isn’t voyeurism; it’s witnessing. And while the medium has changed, Kott’s mission remains the same: to reconnect us with our truth, our intuition, and the sacred intelligence of the skin.
Each 90-minute session includes a short opening prayer, a guided embodiment practice, a journaling prompt tied to that month’s theme, and time for reflection and dialogue. Past topics have included Nudity & Shame, The Sacredness of Skin, and Being Seen—each one a meditation on how the body stores stories and how we might gently begin to unwrite them.
“We meet in sacred practice and conversation—unpacking the stories, shame, and sensations held around nudity and in the body,” Kott writes. “A revolution into presence, honesty, and the unraveling of what’s been hidden. You’re not required to be naked to join. But you’re invited to uncover something true.”
The container is protected by clear boundaries: cameras must be on, sexual behavior is strictly prohibited, and the sharing space is never recorded. Only the guided practice portion is made available for replay. This balance of openness and structure allows participants to show up fully—raw, unsure, embodied, or in process—without fear of judgment or exploitation.
Importantly, UNCOVERED is open to all genders—unlike Kott’s previous women-only retreat offerings. Whether you’re new to body-based healing or already walking a conscious nudity path, the space is designed to hold a wide range of experience, perspective, and identity. What matters most, Kott emphasizes, is presence and respect.
With UNCOVERED, her body-centered healing work becomes more accessible. The monthly membership is offered at two tiers: SKIN, which includes the full group experience and access to recorded practices, and BONE, which adds a private 45-minute session with Kerry each month. Founding member pricing runs through June 11, 2025, with upcoming gatherings scheduled for June 11, July 8, and August 6.
As our culture continues to conflate nudity with performance, exhibition, or scandal, Kott’s work is a quiet rebellion. It insists that nudity can be relational, reflective, even reverent. It asks us to trust the body—not just as an image, but as a source of truth. 🪐
