Greyfriar's Isle
Introducing all-new episodes of the naturist cult-favorite webcomic, now premiering each month on Planet Nude Strips
Welcome! This is a double episode to help everyone catch up because this story is the second half of a heatwave storyline, and we’re hitting the ground running. In the first half, everyone was finally getting fed up with the heat and decided to play video games inside.
Intro and recap
This is what happens after Caroline, who lives near the campsite, decides it's time to go home. Her mother, councillor Gertrude Schuymer, is a naturist, but her work as a local politician keeps her away from the campsite much of the time.
This part of the storyline fleshes out the island a little, with Councillor Gertrude's house as the main setting and her political position as a major topic. With its centuries-old tradition of nude beach use and the naturist campsite and nude beach being a major source of tourist revenue, the island is much more tolerant of nudity than the rest of the country, but there are limits to that, and Caroline is testing them hard here.
Caroline does as Caroline is
Beach nudity is one thing, but street nudity is not widely accepted on Greyfriar's Isle—or is it?
You can find an archive of the earlier Greyfriar’s Isle stories—about 86 pages of them—right here. Or you can visit any of the localized versions in Dutch, Danish and French (Québec) from there.
New episodes of Greyfriar’s Isle come out on the third Wednesday of every month!

A comic about an island and the people who live there. A small family runs Marsh Light, a naturist campsite connected to the beach where locals and tourists spend their vacation time. The island is historically friendly to naturism, but not universally so. Also, there are ghosts and strange, eldritch island customs.
Greyfriar's Isle is inspired by the comics I read in my youth, by the real-world island experiences I had in my youth, my ideas about what naturism should be and the stories naturists tell each other about themselves.
