Definitely my beard and hair. I used to be clean shaven and had a buzz cut for most of my life. I decided to grow my hair and beard out as a way to honor the Gods as I'm norse pagan, and it had the unexpected side effect of increasing my confidence in myself. I started working out as a offering to Thor, since he symbolizes and approves of physical strength. I dropped almost 100 lbs, am much healthier and now I'm teaching myself blacksmithing. A lot of positives came out of one small change in appearance, and I've never been happier.
The parts repaired that make my life closer to normal. Hypospadias (penis) reconstruction/repair (6), hernia repair (4), knee surgery (3), breast lump removal (1).
For me, its my ball sack because it seems like its always doing something. It will hang low or pull up tight reacting to warmth or coolness. When I'm relaxed its relaxed. When I'm doing something physical it goes into sport mode, tucking up a bit to help prevent injury. When I'm sick and have a fever it hangs extra low to help it be cooler. Sometimes it just moves in sort of a churning motion. My wife says she can tell how I'm feeling by how my balls are hanging.
My penis is absolutely my favorite body part. No, it isn't at all large, probably on the small side. In addition I can't make it erect, and if by chance it on it's own gets erect, it will IMMEDIATELY go away if I try to masturbate. It does get somewhat swollen when I look at certain pictures, and that feels good. I fondle it a lot, and think erotic thoughts a lot. I know that this is quite bold, but I do believe that the world would be so much better if people were more open and honest.
Have you tried Testosterone Replacement Therapy? Perhaps that could help with becoming aroused? Not the quick fix but there are added benefits to optimization of your T levels.
The female foot, especially the toes. The soles of the body used for transporting such a great form. Giving a foot rub brings joy to a face with a surprise look when my tongue grases across the tops.
Okay, not to be vulgar or anything, but just offhand I would say my penis; mainly because it identifies me as male. This isn't very PC or "woke", but I'm not crazy about all this gender-fluid stuff. Heck, even Bill Maher kind-of made fun of it. As the risk of sounding like a homosexual, I think circumcised penises are "cuter" than uncircumcised ones. As you may have guessed, I am circumcised. It looks like a toadstool! You may not think toadstools are very charming, but they are more so than just a wrinkled cylinder. I do think there is such a thing as toxic masculinity, but I do not want to be a weepy effeminate wimp either. I'm not saying it's all right to never cry, but in this society even women who cry "too much" are looked down on, and maybe that's not such a bad thing. So anyway, to reiterate, I would say my "cute" circumcised penis because it shows that I am male. And incidentally, I was born that way. As you may have guessed, a close second are my scrotum and testicles.
For me it has changed over the years on myself, first it was my legs nice muscles I even got lots of compliments on them, then my butt, then I had a real nice bulge going on now probably my face. On others it is usually is the eyes, then the butt then the mound on a woman now it’s the smile of a woman.
I adore a shaved female armpit. I’ve been that way since a teenager and I’m pushing 70 I find a woman in a sundress with bear shoulders and raises her arm to expose her armpit is more sexy than a naked woman in public. It’s an awesome turn on for myself.
I would have to say my penis

Definitely my ass. Just need to make sure my gut doesn’t stick out farther than my butt does.

I can imagine her saying that! 😂
My feet

I think a circumcized penis is cute, as well. However, the more I understand the history and purpose of procedure I am against the practice.
my two scars from my hip replacement surgeries and my "old age" pubic hair crop,, i now have a patch of grey in there,,

Definitely the chubby body, private part, and butt.
My ears...since my biggest passion is listening to music...along with everything else. Don't know what I would do if I lost my hearing.
My answer is: The entire body as a whole. It defines me, just as other bodies define their contents. I do start with the eyes.
I enjoy looking at people. I have always, and still do, appreciate what I see. I celebrate the diversity that each one of us displays.
