Last week in the Planet Nude chat, we had an amazing conversation where people shared some really creative and unexpected nude activities they’ve participated in, showing that naturism is about so much more than just beach days and skinny dips. We heard about things like nude roller skating, nude laser tag, and even nude paintball (ouch)! Others talked about more laid-back less-conventional events like backyard movie screenings, bowling, or board game nights.

The most unique to me was streaking in college. Not the isolated nude guy at the ball game or other event, masses of people streaking through the streets and halls. WNBR is second.
Right? I was part of the big U of SC streak of 508 across campus in Columbia. Git my butt on ABC Evening News. They don't call us "Gamecocks" for nothing.
The Eastern Naturist Gathering many years ago included a naked Jeopardy! game. It became one of the answers and questions on a later episode of the actual Jeopardy! show.
As a fellow who absolutely hungers to be nude with other nude people, I suppose ANYTHING would be better than my current situation, but just nice conversation with LOTS of other nude people would be WONDERFUL!!!
We have a Halloween Party as the last event at Rock Lodge in Stockholm New Jersey. It’s indoors as it’s quite cool at the higher elevation in October. We wear various levels coverage from fully covered to nude in our home made costumes. By the end of the night there’s dancing and most people have taken off their costumes to dance nude.
The most unique for me was my week doing the NEWT (naked European walking tour). While some may classify naked hiking as not too unique, the NEWT is a week of naked hiking in the Austrian alps (phenomenal) coupled with communal nude living. The first time I had spent so much time socially nude. Hiking and social nudity not so unique (to this group at least) but the combo added in with the locale made it a very unique experience.
I will always cherish the memory of the nude museum tour I did before the pandemic. A fantastic way to interact with art, especially the very physical, hyperrealist art that was the theme of the exhibit.
I am right in the center of the picture you posted. That World Record Skinny Dip at Shangri-La Ranch was my unique experience so far. I'll be on the Nude Boat next February. I believe that will take the place of most unique.

I'm clergy, and had been dying to get naked at a beach or some such place. Then I was in training, in Germany, and working in a US military hospital, on their chaplaincy staff. One of the chaplains made no apologies for spending his Wednesday evenings at an FKK Spa; and regularly invited me to join him. But I had a regular gig on those evenings. Finally that series came to an end, and I know where I was going to spend Wednesday nights from then on: He said he'd pick me up at my apartment, and that I should bring a towel -- "to hang around my neck."
Since then I've enjoyed worshiping at a couple of naked places where there have been chapels: Whitetail Ranch, Ivor, VA; OakLake Trails, in Oklahoma. Looking forward to leading worship at some such place myself: anyone want to invite me?
Hi Allen, I too am a priest (UK location) but I am a bit cautious about what folks know - that said, close friends are fully aware that I skinny-dip at my local beach and enjoy an FKK spa etc. I’m
delighted to say that sometimes they even join me. (Two have even flown with me to Germany for a spa break). I’ve not however been to any naturist church service yet!! - I don’t think my congregation would be very embracing of it, but I’d happily attend. I’m also in uniformed chaplaincy (part time) and I think there’s much more openness to naturism in these contexts than in parish settings.
We have been wanting to attend a nude worship service i did tell a friend from the church we have attended about us going to nude beach and went better than my wife expected ha The big thing is convincing other church people that nudist are not sex crazed people. Having some biblical input to give them would help
Hi Allen, While I am not a clergy, I am a Christian and am looking forward to worshipping with members of the Christian Naturist Association at Avalon in Paw Paw, WV. I just read about it, made a few contacts via email so it will probably be spring before I get to do it. Ithink it will be awesome to worship God while nude.
We used to have nude Karaoke nights, held in the bar/restaurant at Desert Sun Resort. Those fun events fell by the wayside when the resort and the HOA severed ties. It’s sad because they were really fun.
Our HOA had a nude Thanksgiving potluck a few years ago. It happened to be a beautiful sunny and warm day in Palm Springs so we had it by the pool. I suggested we do that again this year, but the sense was let’s do another naked potluck by the pool soon, but not Thanksgiving.
Attended the first "Naked Man" festival at Laguna Del Sol resort in Wilton CA. It was a blast! It is a take off on burning man that occurs in the Nevada Black Rock Desert.
As a longtime ballroom dancer, I've often wondered how it would sail if a group of us got together for an "au naturale" dance. It would clearly be an interesting project requiring thoughtful preparation and discretion to be sure. I wonder if any of the naturist clubs/resorts would be interested in hosting?
Great Floor. Pre COVID they had dancing in Lakeside like 4 times a week. Sadly since COVID they've moved poolside and Cheeks although finally have at least one night in Lakeside weekly this year.
My wife and I have been Ballroom dancing for 30 or so years and nudists about the same. We've enjoyed dancing naked the whole time, rarely a problem. Interestingly I was more likely to get erect if someone else was hard, I remember once at Glenn Eden a fellow had such a cute little one, mine was much more obvious to the crowd, had to sit down that time.
Speaking of "Sail" Bare Necessities' Big Nude Boat cruises have been having dance lessons on cruise days as well as the regular ship dance floors and music. Their cruises are naked everywhere we please except the main dining rooms. OK to be naked in the upstairs buffet.
The clubs/resorts we've been to vary as far as dance floors and quality of music, some like Lakeside at Cypress Cove are surprising good. Check out the websites and calendars and then see for yourselves, bring your dance shoes and a towel to sit on!

For 22 years, I ran Tallahassee Naturally's annual College Greek Athletic Meet, the world's only authentically nude re-enactment of the ancient Greek pentathlon (long jump, discus, 200-yard dash, javelin, and stand-up wrestling in case of a tie.) I hear they are going to bring it back this spring.
Body Painting in Manhattan (NYC not Kansas). Scores of volunteer models of various body types and ages. Painted nude in public at Columbus Circle by Central Park; walked nude down Broadway to Times Square; photos on the Stairs in Times Square followed by a double-decker bus trip with stops that included the steps of the NY Public Library in midtown and Washington Square Park.
The latest thing, our club rented a local bar for a nude bar night out. It was a ton of fun. I've been nude bowling too and that was a gas as well. Visiting nudist clubs and beaches around the world has been a great privilege.
My ideal desire would be to find somewhere I could go nude everywhere legally going about my everyday life. Similar to Cap D' Adge.
Nude Church! Next week I will stay at White Tail Resort in Virginia. There will be an all music service on the 29th at their chapel. I was reared Methodist in Virginia’s Bible Belt. This will be my first attendance since I was 18. I’m really looking forward to this.

The most unusual one though, would be Kiwiburn - New Zealand's regional Burning Man festival. Imagine more than 600 people coming and going to our Naked Rave event over the course of an afternoon. And to be one of nearly 2,000 naked people of all ages from early teens to probably 80s all dancing naked around the huge burning effigy on the Saturday night was totally mind-blowing.
Mixed exotic dancers (starting clothed and ending largely unclad) performing before a live, largely naked and mixed audience. It was the first time feeling that female exotic performers or female audience members weren't being degraded during such performances. Worth a try?
Some years ago, I attended an event at The Chicago Health Club. We had the club reserved all night and enjoyed the pool and other facilities. We looked forward to a steak dinner but, unfortunately, the kitchen caught fire and we had to quickly get dressed and leave as the fire department arrived.
My wife and I have always enjoyed Ballroom dancing naked especially if there is a crowd watching and not too many to get in the way on the floor.
However I did put Nude Escape Room as the most impressive thinking about our first "Lifestyle" experience with a adults only membership group of about 40 or so in a double hotel suite. At the end of the get acquainted social hour everyone got naked and proceeded to get as close as their own comfort zones.
Milwaukee has a "Polar Bear Plunge" every New Years Day into Lake Michigan. It's attended by hundreds and hundreds of people. It's NOT a naturist event. However, about five of us who are members of Milwaukee's non-landed nudist club named "We Bare All" decided to make it nudist this past year. We gathered, stripped off and put on towels. Then, when the horn blew, we raced to the water's edge, dropped the towels, and plunged in! On my way out I heard a lot of cheers and got several high fives. We then grabbed our towels (not bothering to put them on) and ran back to our warming tent. It was a blast!
I recently got to experience nude mixed gender bathing in one of the oldest ( 100s of years old) traditional onsens in Japan. It was an authentic Japanese experience and something no visitor to Japan should miss.
Probably the most "unexpected" time my wife and I went naked with others was while attending the "Secret Garden Party" festival many years ago.
My wife has always liked to shower morning and evening, and after a day and 2 nights of all over body washes in the bedroom compartment of our tent was suffering withdrawal symptoms.
I was sure I'd seen an area not far from us where you paid a small amount to go in and there were showers and a sauna, so went to check it out.
The person at the door let me look in, a covered changing area, 3 open air showers and a sauna all powered by a big wood burner.
I told her, she basically dragged me behind her by one arm as she held body wash and a towel in the other.
We were easily the oldest people in there by a good 15 years, and part of maybe 20% who actually showered and sauna'd naked.

While I was in Europe, I went to my first sauna. I felt so free, didn't have to worry about clothing at all.

The nudist resort I visit locally has nude karoake twice a week. If you can get up in front of people, nude, and sing - you can do anything!

My wife and attended the first Guinness World Record setting for the “Largest Skinny Dipping Day” event!!!! It was a Blast!!!
The club I belong to does an event called "Streak to the Peak." It's a nude run to the mountain peak on the property. It's fun to watch.
Spencer Tunick installations in Dublin and Munich. It was very cool covered in red paint walking through the streets of Munich.

Burning man is a festival that occurs every year the week before and during the Labor Weekend. It is in the Black Rock Desert north of Reno in Nevada. The last time I noticed there were about 70,000 people attending. It is art, music, and other activities. Nudity is somewhat allowed. People pay an entrance fee and must make reservations to go. It is definitely dealing with the elements as well. Sometimes the weather can get very difficult. People that I know who have gone have either loved and can't wait to go back or hated and vowed to never go again. Hope this helps. I attended nude dancing lessons at Glen Eden Sun Club. It was a great time of learning how to dance (I'm a lousy dancer but good at getting nude).

I recently participated in a Nude darts tournament at Empire Haven Resort in NY. Very fun event. Our team came in second.
Of the above events, I would like Nude Escape Room or Nude Laser Tag. Those sound awesome!
