Thank you Evan. When I started reading Substack, I came to realize I couldn't afford to pay for all the things I might want to read. So I made it my own policy not to pay for any. At one point I even considered starting a pay wall for the cooking videos I made, but I decided that would violate my own standard. I made those videos for particular people and not to distribute them for all. Besides, who wants to see an old fat guy cook! So thank you for making strips free again. I will also enjoy not getting the emails for the paid version. Jerry
I’m new to Substack and still figuring it all out. I was delighted to find a collection of comics and art on Planet Nude. I’m something of an artist myself and would love to put something together to contribute when I get some free time.
I noticed that certain older strips like The Nudist Newbies' Things Only Nudists Say or Diary of the Astro-Nudes Ep. 24 are still locked under Paid for me. Was that a glitch or an oversight?
The Astro-Nudes one was an oversight, that should have automatically unlocked a month ago. Never caught that, so thanks! It's available now. The other more recent ones that are still locked are just going to auto-unlock on their normal schedule. The change will be reflected in Strips going forward, so the paywalled ones from last week will all become available over the next few days.
What does it mean for the creators on Strips?

Skimming the strips, one I see still locked is Greyfriar's Isle 103, from May 7, 2025.

The Nudist newbies one, I've been curious about for a while, but never thought to bring it up because I've had more important things on my mind lol.
Thats about what the strips are worth to me imo.
