How on earth can people be arrested for being in their natural state. The human body is not indecent. Laws that criminalize the naked form are. The only way that a person can be indecent is by way of an act. Doesn't your constitution protect people from this breach of personal expression. If so how can a local law override the constitution. Wake up American people, express your rights before you lose them altogether.
As a Member of Treasure Coast Naturist, We have been warned and coached on how to properly head South of The Little Mud Trail Head. We have a very good relationship with The St. Lucie County Authorities. The Majority of Us have NEVER had an issue with doing things the right & proper way. Yet there are a very few that just want to ruin that good standing & relationship We have with the local authorities. Those renegades are on the verge of ruining it for everyone!!
My guess is that the charges will be dropped. This probably would not have happened with the construction project. Could have been out of state tourists. Not an excuse but warnings would have sufficed in this case.
Fortunately it's something that doesn't happen in England as nudity is permitted on any beach providing you are not going out to shock anyone 🏖️
