Richard Dewey’s three-level series continues with more upcoming dates
Our ongoing Nude Meditation Series, designed and led by Humanist Meditation founder Richard Dewey—and proudly sponsored by Planet Nude—continues this September with a new round of live online classes. This structured, three-tiered program offers a clothing-optional approach to mindfulness, grounded in compassion, self-inquiry, and body acceptance.
Held via Zoom and open to participants around the world, these sessions combine guided meditation, practical instruction, and group discussion in a respectful, clothing-optional space. Whether you’re just beginning or deepening your personal practice, Richard’s humanist approach provides both structure and flexibility for meaningful growth.
