Good news about Amsterdam. Hoping other European cities follow suit, considering it's technically impossible for nipples to be both legal and illegal. I thought European law had stricter equality rights than that. Sadly here in Romania, despite topless bathing being common at the beaches, it's not allowed in swimming pools. That needs to change.
