Barbara, Thank you for your honest and open story. The nAKed Friends in Alaska had an active transgender woman in our group. She was a joy to have at our sauna and game gatherings. She always brought energy and laughter to the events as she was so full of life. I would say that your courage is commendable but not unique. Everyone who is open and honest about herself or himself within a setting of social nakedness knows, we are building skinship and fostering relationships that are very different from those we mask in the textile world. Many folks are paralyzed at the idea of being completely themselves when with others with and without clothing. It is important to hear your story and that with your decades of nudist activities and now nearly a decade of being a transwoman in the community, that you continue to feel the strength that comes from being part of that social group. It takes courage and self respect for anyone different to stand up and say "this is who I am", but I believe that is the only way to generate change. I admire and appreciate you. Thank you for calling attention to the issue and thee podcasts available, I did listen to all 4. One of my medical and army colleges came out and also had full surgical transition after finishing his Army career in the Reserves at around 50-60. She then put on one of our local hospital's friday seminars on gender dysphoria with some guest out of town physicians with the same issue either MTF or FTM. She proceeded to full transition, wife left her, partner left her and she went to work for a big national /regional HMO.
I have some more interest because of desire as pre-adolescent to look like my lovely mom down below, not my dangly dad! Long ago, in the days of Christine Jorgensen's transition. Female didn't really fit with with my height and athletics so life went on although I did eventually share wanting to tuck and look lady with my wife and incorporate it into our play.
We are nudists. I can only think of one crossdresser, no idea what was under the cloths and one MTF with nice breasts but she always wore a thong, could have been tucked.
We also were members of a swinger club that met in hotel suites 2-3 times a month. Everyone got naked at 7PM. I did have a play partner who was fully transitioned MTF, tall and lovely, nice voice too.
