I love this strip. I wish it came out more often. With the wider circulation facilitated by Planet Nude, perhaps there will be many, many more paid subscribers. I do hope so. Artists need to eat, after all.
Thanks! I'd be open to increasing the frequency if Evan's interested. This whole storyline is written out in full so I have another six episodes that I can easily finish.
Is there any place, in print or online to read the whole strip, like in comic book form? I would really like to start at the beginning. I am fairly certain that I am not the only one who would by it in physical book form.
A publisher I'm friends with is working on an eBook, but it seems to be stalling a bit. Until that comes out, the best place to read it is my own website: https://www.reinderdijkhuis.com/greyfriars/
Well, we (Evan and myself) are trying to at least make that easier with the "Previous" button, which we have to hand-craft through the Substack writing interface each time. In all my years of webcomic-making, I have found that "Previous" is actually the most important navigational element that you can have and it would be nice if there was a Substack Editor for Webcomics that automated it.
A "Next" button on older comics would be next on my list. That's pretty impractical do do by hand each time.
I guess I'm cheating. I have the Greyfriar's Isle website bookmarked and check it once a week for updates, so I'm always refreshing my memory of the previous cartoon. I like your work, and hope you'll be able to continue it for a long time.

I could support that!

Thanks for responding. I hope the ebook becomes reality. I'll be waiting on it.
Loving the story line. Yes, with each month's post, I do have to go back and read a prior one or two for the "oh, yeah" refresher.

Yeesh! That's a lot of work, but I appreciate having the "previous" button to enable my refresher.

Im enjoying Greyfriar’s Isle. It’s my favourite comic on Planet Nude.
I like where this is going. 😁
I am O.K. with whatever frequency you provide. It helps to have access to previous episodes.
