My back. It's very insistent on that.

I am not looking at this from a personal perspective, because as a nudist, I believe we all have finally accepted ourselves as we are. However, if we are to consider our view of body parts in a general sense, I believe the human body is an art form… created in God’s image. So… there should be no emphasis or critiquing of any body part. The nude body is a beautiful sight we should never be so afraid of ourselves that we can’t experience the warm and kind embrace that nudism offers.

You're right about the first thing I reached for but in actuality it's just my gut.

.. I would prefer it but w q is 1qqq1 1àffffffffwxto be a lot less than what it is... The ladies I hang with don't seem to give a damn about it..so it's probably more of a vanity thing.. even at 73

As a man it is definitely the penis. The one thing that can't easily change and as a nudist is there for all to see.

If I am looking in the mirror it is this order: face/hair (very long), middle “spare tire” (not that much), then penis.

If not looking in a mirror: penis, yep.

The joy of my first social nudist experience was that all concern for any of my body parts, especially my penis, fell away! I felt FREE!

My skin because I've had skin cancer removed several times and have an appointment to have more removed next month. Every itch, every new spot or anything that doesn't look 'normal' is a concern. I get checked twice a year and the doctor finds something more often than not.

I urge all of you sun lovers to get yourself checked annually. Use plenty of sunscreen and wear a hat when you'll be out enjoying nudist activities during the day.

I am conscious of my vitiligo which is now much more obvious since I started being outdoors naked and the rest of me is tanned although no-one has commented about it. I am also very aware of my body deformities but again I am my own worst enemy and people have said they had noticed.

As a naturist, I don't obsess with any particular body part, because I accept it all as an (ofren unreliable) outward manifestation of who I am as a person. I believe it's what's inside that matters. However, my belly gets some negative attention from my brain, if I am being totally honest. My gut is a bit bigger than is healthy, or than I would like, and I could do something about it if I tried. But I don't try very much.

Currently it's my abs... I'm working on getting them flat and rippled but it's a tough road for guys my age.

My left leg, whose knee lacks cartilage so that I have to walk with a cane (even when naked).

My brain and my stomach. I'm nearly 67 . . . .

When I look in the mirror I notice the bulge around my midriff, which is something most of us who are 70+ experience. I've always been slim, so being thicker around the middle is obvious to me. However, it's not that obvious to others and when I'm in a group of naked folks I can feel pretty good about not having gotten as thick as many of my peers. Still, I'm working to lose weight in a (probably vain) attempt to get back to the figure I had 30 years ago. Eat less, move more is my mantra and it's working. My husband regularly compliments me on the form of my gluteus maximus.

As someone mentioned before I usually look for potential skin cancers my age. I am using a special skin treatment though to deal with it. But besides that I look for anything that may be off. I am paying special attention to my penis now though as I am restoring my foreskin.
