Planet Nude is proud to sponsor MoonGroove 2026
Music, art, and movement return to the Pennsylvania woods—this year at a new home, White Thorn Lodge
The festival often described as a “Coachella for nudists” returns July 16–19 for its sixth year, blending live music across four stages, visual art, workshops, and the full slate of naturist sports—volleyball, pickleball, cornhole, and bocce—in a clothing-optional setting.
The big news this year is a move. After outgrowing Penn Sylvan in Mohnton, where MoonGroove has been held since its founding, the festival relocates clear across the state to White Thorn Lodge in Darlington, Pennsylvania—the western Pennsylvania club that has hosted the naked-volleyball “Superbowl” for more than five decades. Organizers cite the larger grounds as the reason for the jump, and have committed to a Leave No Trace policy at the new site.
The 2026 music lineup runs to more than 35 acts across four stages, led by three names well known on the jam and festival circuit. Big Something, a six-piece out of Burlington, North Carolina, fuses improvisational rock with funk, reggae, jazz, and electronica. SunSquabi, a livetronica trio from Colorado, brings synth-driven funk built for late-night dancing. And Sneezy, a Chicago funk-soul outfit, rounds out the headliners with horns, harmonica, and hip-hop swagger. The rest of the bill spans genres from jam to EDM, with the full schedule and stage times to be posted closer to the event.
This year I’ll be there on site as a sponsor, with a Planet Nude table in the vendor village. Come find us—say hello, grab some giveaways, and tell us what you’d like to see more of on Planet Nude.
