Hey, Lets get a rumor started. "Just like Sky Diving, everyone knows that a persons 100th game of pickleball is supposed to be played nude."

I played pickleball at Penn Sylvan Resort last summer. It amazes me that even among nudists the thought of doing such things barefoot is unimaginable. Everyone there warned me that pickleball couldn't be played barefoot. Even though I had never played pickleball before (or since) I won every game!

I love being barefoot at the nudist resorts. I do get funny looks sometimes, but that's ok. It's hot here in Florida. I need to feel the grass, sand, and pavement though.

For me barefoot is close to a spiritual exercise. I need to feel the connection to my environment and feel cheated if I don't have direct contact. I've been barefoot whenever possible my entire life, 67 years.

Agree barefoot is the way to feel truly nude, but there is just no way I could play the game with barefeet. Shoes made specifically for the game helped our game so much, it's hard to imagine playing without them. But that's us.

I first really learned about pickleball when Mrs. Married Nudist found a post on Social Media about our local Resort converting their tennis court to pickleball courts and soon you'd be able to play nude.

While we didn't go there to play we did start playing that summer at the local city park and have really enjoyed the game since. Our plan is to hopefully visit The Cove and play there soon.
