I hope she can bring the aanr organization and nudism/naturism as a whole into the future, this lifestyle, and organization, is on the ropes, as it is.
I have long been impressed by Linda's online visibility and outspoken presence. I had the pleasure of meeting her once, at a World Naked Bike Ride in 2022. Her participation in that event convinced me that she's a "boots (or maybe flip-flops) on the ground" activist. Personally, I consider AANR to be willfully old-school and often resistant to change, but if anyone can nudge it in the right direction, I think Linda is the one.
This a positive step forward. AANR had become a stale organization which had become detached from most of it's members, thus the decline in membership. Addressing the youth/younger nudist is very important.
I greatly enjoyed interacting with Linda and others on this AMA. I think she is right that we need to reorganize the regions. What I would envision is for the regions to be required to answer to the national entity rather than do whatever they want.
Linda has made great strides in the AANR rejuvenating it with an new energy. As a woman president she has been instrumental in inspiring women to considering nudism. We thank her for her passion and dedication. Jan&Gary 👍❤️
It sounds to me like the fragmentation and siloed regions are the root of most of AANR's issues. If they want to continue to be relevant, they need to get rid of that antiquated structure and get everyone on the same page. I was very disappointed to learn that AANR won't have any official presence at Moon Groove, despite it being the single largest naturist event for the younger crowd. It sounds like AANR-East is basically useless and unwilling to work in the best interest of the organization at large.
"sprawling and complex," yet all of its members could fit in a single football stadium? AANR's infrastructure is bigger than the organization. I think all these regions are skimming money off the top and don't want the gravy train to end. Sad.

Thank you so much! It was a pleasure getting to spend time with you as a long-time advocate I have admired.
Who, me? ☺️
Thank you, Linda, for those kind words... and for all you do.
Congratulations!
