IDK, maybe one or two of those original transvestite situations had some merit, sort of pushing the absurd, I don't remember, but the reaction has been so over the top, it is like some state would move to ban Christianity, after Jimmy Swaggert 's foray onto prostitution row or Jimmy and Tammy Baker's sojourn through the Federal Court system. I have never been naked in Idaho, I missed my chance at the nudist resort, sadly and now this. I have always thought that morphing naturism into a religious expression (worshipping nature, naked before God and all of that) historically would have been the best defense for all of this under the US Constitution, heck it is my "church". Channel old time Quakerism......Idaho and some other states and politicians seem to be imperfect people claiming perfection in the eyes of God and wrapping themselves up with the cloak of scripture. They preach works do not matter in reaching the Kingdom of God yet gladly embrace legalism, following false prophets who have taken Congregationalism to its extreme, embracing the cults of personality while the greater "churches" become less and less relevant as most of society have moved on without them. I kind of wish it wasn't true, in a way. Wife graduated from a Baptist college.....I am actually ordained, but confine myself these days to speaking at funerals and doing nude weddings....have never met so many unfriendly people as that last few churches we attended...absolutely .vile folks, nasty nasty people, and we were never outed even as nudists....lived in one town for 20 years, never got so much as a coffee invite to any members house, but they came for my huge Christmas party, well the pastor did.....If they get into heaven and we don't, so be it......I found them so unpleasant here on Earth, spending an eternity with them would be hellish as well.....jmo, story makes me sad as to of all the problems, people suffering in Idaho from multiple issues, and this is what they focus on......but to be honest, focusing on the weeds and ignoring the trees is what got the Dems in trouble too......Trump did not win twice, the Dems lost twice......unforced errors and just thinking the upper west side is America....enough said
I had never heard of truck nuts before and I'm not sure, if I saw some, I would recognize them for what they are supposed to be. Banning them is only drawing attention to something that is of no consequence.
I don't understand how states can create legislation that has a greater effect than the constitution? Surely legislation that criminalizes freedom of expression is in itself a breach of the constitution?
I cannot understand why the USA is so scared of body parts, are you all preparing for a Muslim/Islamic takeover..

It was in Idaho in 1998 that Natalie Shapiro et al were arrested for exposing their breasts in public. A judge threw out the conviction.
