I’ve concluded over the past few years that I really wish I had embraced nudity years ago. My body negativity is off the charts- I have no doubt that I would have had a healthier life. Our kids would have benefited as well.
Still only naked at home; don’t know how to change that. My wife won’t budge.
I hope that someday your wife and children embrace the naked lifestyle, even if restricted to the family environment. Being naked and having peace with our own image connects us with ourselves and with the other in a unique way.
Great summary Evan. Two observations. First this needs to be in the back pocket of anyone who is helping to fight anti-nudity legislation or policies, or anyone helping with child custody cases in say, Arkansas for example. Second, I would would add that there is another powerful longitudinal dataset that supports the assertion that nudity doesn't harm children or is beneficial to children. I'm referring to the fact that for more than 90 years, children have grown up in families whose parents were members of landed or non-landed nudist clubs. Some of those children adopted the lifestyle while others didn't, but there is almost a complete absence of cases of children being harmed.
Excellent comment, friend. I grew up as a nudist. I am the third generation of nudists and I affirm that growing up with naturalized nudity did not cause any harm.
Nudity doesn't harm kids, kids are natural nudists.Textile parents harm kids, they think nudity is for showers, sex Not for the joy and freedom of being nude
I do not see any harm in nudity around children. In point of fact, I think hiding nudity and shaming it is what harms children. I personally feel as though I have some lasting scars from the culture of modesty and body shaming.

No it Doesn't and I grew up Around these People. They all were so helpful and confident about their bodies.
I grew up in this way and no harm ever done to me.

Totally agree! As someone who grew up as a nudist, I affirm that the natural thing is to be nude, not the opposite.
