They're missing something. I purchased a ticket. At the specified time I to to the ticket and follow line to "access online event". It gets me to a page asking for the password to view the event. But No password was provided on the purchase, reminder emails or ticket. Either this is a rip-off or someone had a major "oops" in setting this up
Got a message from Troy later giving me the password - and I was able to use it the next day. In a follow up message, Troy relayed that there was a problem with the automatic sync of purchases from Eventbrite. So he hadn't received information on my purchase (which came about 4 hours before the event was to start). Great to see the show again (I'd seen it on the 2021 broadcast) and highly recommend to everyone.
